Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Items may be exchanged or receive store credit only. No refunds. To be eligible for an exchange or credit, items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached.
Sale items, jewelry, swimwear, undergarments, hats, apothecary and items worn out of the store are final sale.
Merchandise in original condition with packaging and tags, is eligible for a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt of order. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for return to begin the return process. We will issue you a return label and you have 5 days from the date issued to mail your return. If 5 days have passed since your return label was issued, the return will be cancelled and the order considered final sale.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds:
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your bank statement (due to different banking institution policies). If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
