Nice Condo

Nice Condo is a New York City-based design studio specializing in furniture, interior, and graphic works. The studio is defined by an aesthetic celebrating utility, craft, and minimalism. Furnishings, graphics and interiors signify their purpose with formal clarity, evoke quality through craftsmanship, and connect with their audience by way of humor. The studio was founded by Chris Held in 2019. Working in furniture and interior design for over a decade, Held’s work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Dwell, Surface, Dezeen, Designboom, Core77, Nylon, and more.
